Assess saddles and determine the necessary actions to be taken</p><p>2. Determine what parts are needed to fulfill certain operations</p><p>3. Ensure the team is performing well and in line of the set objectives&nbsp;</p><p>4. Review individual repairs for any mistakes</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>8 hour shift, from 9am to 6pm - with 1hr lunch break from 1-2pm</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Wellington, FL 33414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Health coverage (medical, dental &amp; vision) 100% paid by the company for employee only on the 1st of the month following 30 days of your starting date</li><li>401(k) plan available (eligible after 1 year of full-time employment)</li><li>2 weeks of vacation per year</li><li>5 sick days</li></ul>
