Whether you're recognizing top performers or coaching employees through challenges, you'll play a key role in making our peak season a success.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Partner with Warehouse Supervisors and Managers to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations through effective resource allocation and workflow management.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead seasonal team members by monitoring daily productivity, attendance, and break compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate daily priorities and expectations, providing direction and support throughout each shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee assigned shipping, packing, inventory, and fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize warehouse systems to monitor productivity, manage inventory, generate reports, and support operational decisions.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct coaching and corrective action conversations related to performance, attendance, and workplace behavior.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with onboarding and training seasonal team members during peak season.&nbsp;</li><li>Foster a positive, engaged work environment where employees feel motivated to perform at their best.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while promoting company safety standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Support warehouse operations by assisting with daily warehouse tasks as business needs require.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with HR, Warehouse Supervisors, Managers, and Security to ensure consistent operations and timely resolution of issues.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to seasonal warehouse team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in supervising employees performing shipping, packing, bin running, bin filling, inventory, and other warehouse functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in assigning work, monitor workflow, and ensure productivity goals are achieved.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to support employee performance and development.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with training and onboarding seasonal employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Basic Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently working toward GED/equivalency</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to coach employees and hold accountability conversations in a professional, respectful, and calm manner, even in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, including typing, Microsoft Excel, timecard systems, and warehouse administration software.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience leading, coaching, or training employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to set priorities, meet goals, and manage multiple responsibilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to understand and follow all company safety procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility to work in multiple departments based on business needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness and availability to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during peak season as business demands require.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Wage:</strong> &nbsp;$15.25/hr now through 9/5/2026 with additional $1/hr following successful &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;completion of Lead training. &nbsp;Effective 9/6/2026, $17 new hire/$18 returner</p><p><br/></p><p>Hired <em>after</em> 9/6/2026, $16/hr new hire and $17/hr returner, with additional $1/hr following successful completion of Lead training.</p>
