Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tarantino Properties</strong> is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic <strong>Leasing Specialist</strong> for our Student Housing community located in Houston, TX.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors</li><li>Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue</li><li>Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew</li><li>Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone &amp; through email</li><li>Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents &amp; prospects</li><li>Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, student housing, or multifamily experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with prospective residents and parents</li><li>Comfortable conducting property tours and confidently overcoming objections to close leases</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience managing leads, follow-up activity, and maintaining accurate CRM/property management records</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with the ability to create engaging content and support leasing campaigns</li><li>Comfortable appearing in videos and participating in on-site marketing initiatives and resident events</li><li>Ability to analyze traffic, leasing activity, and conversion opportunities to improve results</li><li>Professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment</li><li>Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours during peak leasing periods</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management software (Entrata experience preferred)</li><li>Ability to maintain a positive resident and prospect experience while handling questions and concerns professionally</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to support outreach, campus engagement, and local marketing efforts as needed</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Additional Details Provided:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Preferred traits (student housing specific)</li><li>Competitive mindset with a focus on occupancy goals</li><li>Energetic and comfortable engaging with students daily</li><li>Strong social media presence and awareness of current trends</li><li>Event planning and grassroots marketing experience preferred</li><li>Ability to move quickly while maintaining resident experience and brand standards</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
