We are now looking for a Sous Chef who knows that every unforgettable hotel stay starts with a great first impression that continues with every guest interaction.<br /><br />As part of our kitchen team, you will help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will prepare delicious, high-quality dishes while contributing to menu development and ensuring that the dishes are presented in the best possible way.<br /><br /><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong><br />Prepare dishes in accordance with established procedures, routines and profit targets.<br />Daily organization and planning for à la carte, lunch and dinner.<br />Have good communication with your manager and other people in the work team.<br />Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards employees and guests.<br />This is a 100% employment with a start date September 1st or as agreed. The service is mostly evening shifts, but breakfast and morning shifts will occur. <br /><br /><strong>Does this suit you?</strong><br />Experience from education in gastronomy and restaurant, formal education and work experience from kitchen<br />Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and customer service<br />Good communicator with an eye for detail<br />Comfortable with multitasking and independent decision-making<br />Responsible and driven<br />Organized<br /><strong><br /></strong></div><div><strong>Bonus points for:</strong><br />Extensive work experience from a hotel, kitchen or restaurant.<br />Good at turning challenges into opportunities, switching between multiple tasks at the same time and maintaining a high standard of work performance, even when challenges and difficulties arise.<br />Good knowledge in problem solving and a proactive approach to work.<br />At Strawberry, we value diversity.
