Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.&nbsp;</p><p>*Signing Bonus payout is contingent on completing sales training and passing Sales Certification</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.&nbsp;</li><li>Work outside in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Standing for long periods of time during shift.</li><li>Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly &amp; courteous attitude.</li><li>Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales.</li><li>Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
