This is a full-time, hospital-based position located at <strong>Parthenon Pavilion</strong>, the dedicated behavioral health facility for HCA Centennial Medical Center.</p><p>This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and academically engaged environment, featuring a <strong>robust Psychiatry GME (Graduate Medical Education) program</strong>, a <strong>high-volume ECT service</strong>, and an <strong>extensive inpatient consult service</strong>.</p><h3><br/></h3><h3>Position Highlights:</h3><ul><li><strong>100% Inpatient Psychiatry</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Practice based at <strong>Parthenon Pavilion (HCA Centennial’s behavioral health hospital)</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership role overseeing clinical operations and quality of care&nbsp;</li><li>Active participation in a well-established <strong>Psychiatry Residency (GME) program</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Opportunity to <strong>perform and teach Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and hospital leadership&nbsp;</li><li>Strong administrative and clinical support&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide clinical leadership and oversight for inpatient psychiatric services&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise and mentor psychiatric providers, including residents&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in teaching and development of psychiatry residents&nbsp;</li><li>Engage in ECT services, including training and supervision where appropriate&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Board Certified</li><li>Prior leadership experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in or alongside a <strong>psychiatric GME/residency program</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Competency in ECT, or strong interest in performing and teaching ECT&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated professionalism with a <strong>clean professional and personal background</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><p>We are seeking a <strong>high-quality, team-oriented psychiatrist</strong> who values clinical excellence, education, and leadership.
