Do you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy working hands-on with high-quality materials? </p><p>Wector Yachting AS is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fiberglass Technician to join our growing team. </p><p><strong>About Us </strong></p><p>Wector Yachting AS is based on Skjerkøya in Bamble municipality and operates one of Norway’s largest marine service facilities. Our center includes: </p><p>- 9,000 m² of indoor storage </p><p>- 35 decares of outdoor space </p><p>- Full-service workshops and maintenance services </p><p>- Fiberglass and repair operations </p><p>- Seasonal boat preparation </p><p>- A fully equipped parts shop </p><p> </p><p>We are co-located with Andvik Propellers and Seilbåtsenteret, forming a strong maritime environment. </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong> </p><p>We are looking for a practical and quality-driven fiberglass technician with a strong focus on finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring that every boat leaves our facility in excellent condition. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>- Repair damage to plastic and fiberglass boats </p><p>- Fill, sand, and adjust surfaces to achieve high-quality results </p><p>- Perform finishing work and quality control </p><p>- Prepare surfaces for painting and post-treatment </p><p>- Assist with or perform painting work </p><p>- Assemble and disassemble parts when needed </p><p>- Maintain organization in the workshop </p><p> </p><p><strong>Who We’re Looking For </strong></p><p>- Experience with finishing work, surface treatment or painting </p><p>- High attention to detail </p><p>- Strong understanding of quality requirements </p><p>- Practical skills and hands-on mindset </p><p>- Commitment to delivering quality work </p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><p>- Experience in fiberglass, composites or auto body repair </p><p>- Experience with painting, sanding or surface work </p><p>- Background in marine or technical trades is an advantage </p><p>- Category B driving license </p><p>- Ability to work independently and in teams </p><p> </p><p><strong>Personal Qualities </strong></p><p>- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious </p><p>- Reliable and structured </p><p>- Positive attitude and willingness to learn </p><p>- Able to handle physical work </p><p> </p><p><strong>What We Offer </strong></p><p>- A varied working day in a professional maritime environment </p><p>- Exciting service and repair tasks </p><p>- Skilled and supportive colleagues </p><p>- Opportunities for growth and development </p><p>- The position is a temporary role for six months, with the possibility of permanent employment</p><p> </p><p><strong>Working Hours </strong></p><p>Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00 </p><p>Friday: 07:30 – 13:30 </p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary </strong></p><p>€3,050 – €4,100 before taxes per month, depending on experience </p><p> </p><p><strong>Start Date </strong></p><p>By agreement </p><p> </p><p></p>
