Join our Team Today!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Oyster Bartender Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>AM Oyster Bartender - After lunch restock station</strong></li><li><strong>AM &amp; PM shift set up the Oyster display</strong></li><li><strong>Set up station with cleaning supplies and necessary condiments</strong></li><li><strong>Check charbroiled pans &amp; shuck oysters as needed for service</strong></li><li><strong>Focus on customer service</strong></li><li><strong>Make sure all surfaces are clean including sink and drains</strong></li><li><strong>Clean plates are restocked &amp; ready for day &amp; night shift</strong></li><li><strong>Identify food levels for evening service</strong></li><li><strong>Meet with closer to address needs for the evening &amp; the needs for opening the next day</strong></li><li><strong>Clean restaurant</strong></li><li><strong>Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster</strong></li><li><strong>Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables</strong></li><li><strong>Restock ice</strong></li><li><strong>Sweep floors</strong></li><li><strong>Mop floors</strong></li><li><strong>Perform other restaurant duties as assigned</strong></li><li><strong>Interact with guests professionally</strong></li><li><strong>Light cleaning</strong></li><li><strong>Restroom checks</strong></li><li><strong>Make fresh mignonette and oyster shooter sauce daily</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Oyster Bartender Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Able to be energetic</strong></li><li><strong>Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</strong></li><li><strong>Able to communicate well</strong></li><li><strong>Positive attitude</strong></li><li><strong>Able to work under pressure</strong></li><li><strong>Able to effectively solve problems</strong></li><li><strong>Able to analyze information</strong></li><li><strong>Able to meet deadlines</strong></li><li><strong>Must work with a sense of urgency</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p>
