<p>Description</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Palms at 8800 Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements</li><li>Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed</li><li>Provide residents with outstanding customer service</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>At least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience</li><li>Previous experience as a Make Ready required</li><li>Possess valid Identification</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong> Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
