We are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that supports your growth and development in the plastics industry.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery including<strong> extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, and injection molding.</strong></li><li>Set up machines according to production specifications and ensure proper calibration.</li><li>Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.</li><li>Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Prior experience operating plastic manufacturing machinery such as extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, or injection molding.</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.</li><li>Team player; work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality staff</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to safety.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may include noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures</li><li>Ability to lift, move, or carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 8-10 hour shift</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and use stairs as needed during the workday</li><li>Must have sufficient visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate computer-based machinery</li><li>May require occasional overtime, weekend work, or schedule flexibility based on operational needs</li></ul><p>We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement.
