With a blend of suburban comfort and urban convenience, Brea offers professionals a welcoming and dynamic place to live and work.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Why do we need you? </strong></p><p>To mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of bar, following standard recipes. </p><p><br/></p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p><ol><li>Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. </li><li>Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer. </li><li>Collect money for drinks served. </li><li>Order and requisition liquors and supplies. </li><li>Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display. </li><li>May slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. </li><li>May prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats. </li><li>Perform in compliance with established company policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. </li><li>Responsible for compliance with all state and local regulations pertaining to the public operation of the hotel’s bar area, including maximum safe occupancy, emergency exit accessibility, smoke-free area maintenance. </li><li>Responsible for knowing and recognizing in-state and out-of-state drivers licenses and state-issued identification cards. </li><li>Required to be always in uniform when working on the property, including wearing a name identification badge. </li><li>Support and adhere to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company. </li><li>All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor. </li></ol><p><strong>Skills and abilities you bring: </strong></p><ul><li>Use arithmetic to total costs and make change.</li><li>Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. </li><li>Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods. </li><li>Move fingers and hands easily and quickly to handle things like dishes, money, and merchandise. </li><li>Lift and carry things like heavy trays. </li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>Join a team that invests in you!
