As a Lead Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. You will work in a newly renovated and lively environment, leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service</li><li>Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations</li><li>Assisting in menu planning and daily specials, while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies</li><li>Training and mentoring new staff, ensuring they understand kitchen procedures and standards</li><li>Collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction</li><li>Managing kitchen operations during peak hours to maintain timely and high-quality food output</li><li>Handling any kitchen issues that arise, from equipment malfunctions to guest complaints, with professionalism and poise</li><li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas</li><li>Ensuring all food items are prepared, stored, and served according to safety guidelines and standards</li></ul><p>If you're a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for cooking, we'd love to meet you</p><p>Requirements</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must have a comprehensive knowledge of restaurant functions.</li><li>Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.</li><li>High school education preferred.
