<h2>&#x1f31e; Join Our Summer 2026 Team in Tromsø!</h2> <p>Are you practical, solution-oriented, and ready for an exciting summer experience in Tromsø?</p> <p>We are now building our <strong>Summer &amp; Autumn 2026 team</strong> and looking for motivated people who enjoy working in a dynamic environment with great colleagues and happy customers.</p> <h2>About the Position -- Field Agent</h2> <p>As a <strong>Field Agent</strong>, you will be responsible for preparing rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs) for customer use and ensuring they meet company standards and are road-safe at all times.</p> <p>This includes carrying out thorough inspections, completing vehicle check-outs upon return, and handling the necessary administrative follow-up.</p> <p>You will also be responsible for:</p> <ul><li> <p>Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring the fleet remains in good working condition</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying and reporting technical or safety issues</p> </li><li> <p>Taking appropriate action within your scope of responsibility</p> </li></ul> <p>Typical technical tasks may include tyre changes, brake pad replacement, and simple bodywork repairs.</p> <p>This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time physically demanding and busy. The right candidate should be structured, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the operations and front desk team.</p> <p>We offer several onboarding timelines throughout the season. While the first start date is <strong>20/04</strong>, it is possible to begin later depending on availability and operational needs. Please indicate your preferred start period in your application.</p> <p>The working language of the company is <strong>English</strong>.
