<p>Description</p><p><strong>General Description</strong></p><p> </p><p>The Connections Admin Coordinator serves as the administrative “central hub” for decision reporting, baptisms scheduling and reporting, volunteer communication and onboarding, post-service follow-up systems, and reporting, while supporting the vision and direction of the Pastor of Connections. </p><p>This role also ensures that we enjoy a well-prepared environment for services and decision moments.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>1. Decisions & Baptisms Coordination</strong></p><p>· Oversee all logistics related to supporting and facilitating the next steps for people who make decisions.</p><p>· Coordinate baptism scheduling, communication, preparation materials, and service-day readiness.</p><p>· Maintain accurate records of decisions and baptisms.</p><p>· Communicate clearly with pastors, ministry leaders, facilities, and production teams regarding baptism needs.</p><p>· Ensure guests are well-informed, supported, and celebrated throughout the process.</p><p><strong>2. Follow-Up Systems & Guest Care</strong></p><p>· Manage and execute timely follow-up for all salvation decisions and baptism participants.</p><p>· Work with all ministries to ensure guests are contacted within established timeframes.</p><p>· Track and report engagement pathway metrics.</p><p>· Identify and address gaps in follow-up processes to improve guest experience.</p><p><strong>3. Volunteer Application & Onboarding Process</strong></p><p>· Support and report on the volunteer application (AP) process from inquiry to placement.</p><p>· Champion our onboarding requirements with the Assimilation team.</p><p>· Ensure timely communication with prospective volunteers specifically for the Connections team and those volunteers not placed.</p><p>· Maintain accurate volunteer records and onboarding documentation.</p><p>· Support ministry leaders with onboarding tools and communication.</p><p><strong>4. Administrative & Reporting Support</strong></p><p>· Maintain CCB team member databases and systems.</p><p>· Assist with calendar coordination and ministry scheduling.</p><p><strong>5. Communication & Team Collaboration</strong></p><p>· Serve as liaison between the Pastor of Connections and ministry teams.</p><p>· Provide clear, timely communication to staff, volunteers, and guests.</p><p>· Support service preparation meetings related to decision moments.</p><p>· Foster a culture of hospitality, celebration, and spiritual care.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Core Competency Requirements</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>1. Confidentiality & Integrity</strong></p><p>· Handles personal information with discretion</p><p>· Exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><p> This position requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience leading volunteer teams, developing and managing systems and processes, and organizing workflows with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, data management, internet navigation and other related applications. A college degree is preferred, but relevant work experience may also be considered. This position includes a weekend work schedule as needed. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </p><p>· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</p><p><strong>Classification: </strong> </p><p>· <strong>FLSA Status: </strong>Non<strong>-</strong>Exempt </p><p>· <strong>Pay Grade</strong>: CCC Pay Grade 4</p>
