That's why we invest in benefits, time away, and professional growth that help our team members thrive both personally and professionally. </p><p><br/></p><p>Highlights Include: </p><ul><li>Medical coverage available on your first day </li><li>Employer-paid dental coverage </li><li>Vision coverage </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Employer-paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability coverage </li><li>Pet insurance options </li><li>Employee Assistance Program with mental health, financial, legal, and family support resources </li><li>Travel assistance and identity theft protection </li><li>Complimentary will preparation services </li><li>Generous paid time off </li><li>16 paid holidays each year, including a Birthday Day and Volunteer Day, in addition to PTO </li><li>Professional development and growth opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><em><strong>Shape the Early Community Experience</strong></em></p><ul><li>Translate the vision and identity of an active adult community into meaningful experiences that prospective buyers can see, feel, and imagine themselves joining.</li><li>Develop a strategic engagement plan for the community’s earliest stages, when there may be no completed amenity, occupied homes, or established resident base.</li><li>Create early energy, connection, and a sense of belonging that lays the groundwork for a vibrant community long-term.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Create Experiences That Support Sales & Marketing</strong></em></p><ul><li>Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen the visitor journey and communicate the engagement-focused lifestyle of the community.</li><li>Design and execute prospect-focused activations, events, and experiences that drive interest, traffic, and emotional connection to the community.</li><li>Support grand openings, builder events, marketing initiatives, and other key moments that bring the community story to life.</li><li>Gather insights from prospects and visitors to help inform future programming, marketing, and sales strategy.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Build Meaningful Programming from the Ground Up</strong></em></p><ul><li>Think creatively about how to deliver relevant, high-quality engagement in temporary, off-site, or developing spaces before the community’s amenity center is available.</li><li>Build relationships with local businesses, creatives, organizations, and partners that can enrich early programming and connect the community to the surrounding area.</li><li>Establish scalable systems and frameworks for future resident programs, clubs, volunteer opportunities, and community participation.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Lead with Strategy and Strong Execution</strong></em></p><ul><li>Develop annual plans and budgets for engagement initiatives; monitor expenses and identify thoughtful, cost-conscious solutions.</li><li>Manage vendors, contracts, event logistics, permits, insurance documentation, and other operational details required to execute programs successfully.</li><li>Collaborate across Cohere, developer, builder, sales, and marketing teams to ensure experiences remain aligned with the community vision and long-term operations.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in community engagement, experiential marketing, event planning, hospitality, lifestyle programming, real estate development, or a related field.</li><li>A strategic thinker who can build a long-term engagement vision while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution.</li><li>A highly creative approach to programming, particularly in early-stage environments without established amenities or residents.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing and the ability to create experiences that support brand positioning, prospect engagement, and the sales journey.</li><li>Proven ability to plan and execute high-quality events and activations from concept through completion.</li><li>A dynamic, polished, and welcoming presence who is comfortable engaging prospective buyers, partners, and community stakeholders.</li><li>Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and programming logistics.</li><li>Background in active adult communities, master-planned communities, real estate development, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>This is a full-time, on-site position in Colorado.
