<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and quality-driven <strong>Breakfast Chef (50% part-time)</strong> to join our kitchen team. This is an early morning role perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent breakfast experience for our guests.</p> <p><strong>Your main responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Prepare and present a high-quality breakfast buffet</li><li>Ensure the buffet is always well-filled, fresh and visually appealing</li><li>Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and efficiency</li><li>Prepare a well-filled and organized MEP for the next day</li><li>Ensure proper food storage, labeling and rotation </li><li>Keep the kitchen and buffet area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene standards</li><li>Manage waste control and minimize food waste</li><li>Contribute to a smooth and positive start to each guest’s day</li><li>Work independently while collaborating with the team when needed</li><li>Contribute to a positive work environment and strong team cooperation</li></ul> <p><strong>Working hours:</strong></p> <ul><li>Shift: 03:30 – 11:30</li><li>Every second weekend &#43; selected weekdays</li></ul> <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <ul><li>Chef certificate/diploma is preferred</li><li>Experience from breakfast service or similar kitchen work</li><li>Passion for fresh food and consistent quality</li><li>Structured and able to work efficiently in early hours</li><li>Highly reliable and able to work independently</li><li>Positive attitude and strong team spirit</li></ul> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul><li>A stable 50% part-time position</li><li>Salary according to collective agreement</li><li>Opportunities for further career development within the Scandic hotel chain</li><li>Attractive staff benefits such as discounts on hotel stays within Scandic, discounts on flight tickets, reduced parking rates next to the hotel, free access to our gym facilities and more </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy early mornings, take pride in quality and want to create great guest experiences—we would love to hear from you!</p>
