Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) – Average Pay $22/hour

Planet Aid collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development in communities around the world.</p><p>This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You’ll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br/><strong>Driving / Route Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes</li><li>Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)</li><li>Load and transport donated materials to designated locations</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations</li><li>Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues</li><li>Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday (6:00AM start time)</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $18/hour plus bonus (Average $22/hr with bonus), paid weekly</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Health, vision, dental, life, AD&amp;D, and 401k</p><p><strong>Time Off:</strong> Paid vacation, sick leave, and 9 holidays</p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and working outdoor</li></ul><p><em>Planet Aid is an equal opportunity employer.
