<p>In fall 2026, EGON will open its doors in Narvik, and we are now looking for an ambitious and hands-on Assistant Kitchen Manager to join the journey. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the leadership team of a new restaurant and help build the culture, team, and operational standards from day one.</p>

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you are the Kitchen Manager's right hand and a key part of the kitchen leadership team. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high food quality standards, and support the development of a strong and motivated kitchen team.</p>
<h3><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></h3>
<p>• Supporting the daily operation of the kitchen together with the Kitchen Manager</p>
<p>• Ensuring HACCP compliance and food safety standards</p>
<p>• Maintaining high food quality and consistency</p>
<p>• Assisting with inventory management and cost control</p>
<p>• Staff scheduling and workforce planning</p>
<p>• Training and developing kitchen team members</p>
<p>• Contributing to a positive and professional working environment</p>
<p>• Taking an active role in daily kitchen production and service</p>
