<p>Description</p><p>Job Type: This will be for Full-time Temporary and Flex position.&nbsp;</p><p>Rate: $30 to $35 per hour</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Full Job Description</strong></p><p>As a member of the Security Team, you will be directly responsible for protecting the safety and assets of the client.</p><p><strong>This is a Protective Service with a Security Team. The Essential Functions Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Represent FireWatch Solutions core values of courtesy, professionalism, and respect.</li><li>Maintain assigned post and complete mobile patrols as needed throughout the day.</li><li>Monitor access to all personnel and control entry/exit point.</li><li>Screen all personnel to ensure they are admitted onto the premises.</li><li>Provide temporary passes to all visitors.</li><li>Provide general security for the entire premises.</li><li>Prevent theft, vandalism, or damage to any assets and equipment.</li><li>Monitor close-circuit television (CCTV) camera systems.</li><li>Protect the delivery of sensitive materials at final point of delivery.</li><li>Support emergency response as required.</li><li>Be prepared to support and facilitate Client safety, security, and technical protocols as directed.</li><li>Conduct periodic safety and security rehearsals in collaboration with Client staff.</li><li>Present a tactical law enforcement posture to deter and prevent potential criminal behavior.</li></ul><p>Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services as needed for emergency response services.</p><ul><li>Provide basic lifesaving techniques as needed.</li><li>All other duties, as assigned.</li><li>A clean, professional appearance is required. FWS will provide the uniform top. Employee to provide black tactical-style pant (no jeans), black shoe/boot, and firearm and ammunition with appropriate holster.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.&nbsp;</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Midnight to 8am</li><li>Weekend availability recommended, not required</li></ul><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Temecula, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>High School Diploma or GED with preferred law enforcement, military, and/or extensive security experience.</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.</li><li>Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).</li><li>Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).</li><li>Must have a valid Driver’s License.</li><li>Must have the legal right to work in the United States.</li><li>Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>California Guard Registration Card (Guard Card) is mandatory.</li><li>California Exposed Firearm Permit is mandatory.</li><li>Law enforcement, military, and/or security experience is preferred.</li><li>Concierge-level customer service experience.</li><li>Strong problem-resolution skills.</li><li>Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.</li><li>Solid verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills: Microsoft Software, Smartphone Apps.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.</li><li>Work in environments and under conditions that may require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety.</li></ul>
