<p>Description</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Algarita Lakeside Apartments </strong>is currently seeking a <strong>Maintenance Assistant</strong> to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation</li><li>Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units</li><li>Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs</li><li>Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards</li><li>Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance</li><li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation</li><li>This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>HVAC (EPA) certification preferred</li><li>Pool certification preferred</li><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing</li><li>Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Perks &amp; Benefits: </strong>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
