<p>Description</p><p>This is a newly created role at one of the most AI-forward companies in our sector. No template to follow. No blueprint to inherit. You'll report to our CTO with direct access to the CEO and C-Suite — using AI to accelerate executive execution while building the governance and adoption framework that scales across our US and Asia operations.</p><p><br/></p><p>Not research. Not support. A mandate to create measurable value.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>&nbsp;The AI Business Transformation Manager will own three interconnected mission:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>(1) Accelerate C-Suite Execution with AI</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Embed with the CEO and C-Suite</strong> — attend key meetings, capture emerging initiatives, and use AI to move priorities from conversation to output with urgency</li><li><strong>Produce results, not decks</strong> — research, analysis, briefings, and communications that give leadership time back and raise the quality of every decision</li><li>Apply <strong>first-principles thinking</strong> to identify where AI can eliminate friction in executive workflows then implement the solution, don't just recommend it</li><li>Serve as a <strong>trusted thought partner</strong> to the leadership team on AI strategy, tooling, and emerging opportunity</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>(2) Build and Lead AI Governance &amp; Policy</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Develop and own</strong> Century's AI governance framework; policies, standards, and guardrails for responsible AI use across the organization</li><li>Establish tooling standards and <strong>approved AI workflows</strong> to prevent shadow AI and ensure consistency across US and Asia teams</li><li>Monitor adoption, identify risks, and keep governance frameworks <strong>current</strong> as the AI landscape evolves. This space moves fast and our policies need to keep pace</li><li>Serve as Century's <strong>internal authority</strong> on AI policy, vendor evaluation, and compliance considerations</li><li>Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure governance keeps up with usage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>(3) &nbsp;Drive AI Adoption Across the Organization</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Identify and prioritize high-ROI use cases</strong> across business functions: operations, customer delivery, finance, HR, and track the outcomes</li><li>Build a library of <strong>approved AI workflows, prompts, and playbooks</strong> that teams can adopt consistently, no reinventing the wheel across geographies</li><li>Connect teams solving similar problems; <strong>eliminate duplicated effort</strong> and capture leverage across US and Asia operations</li><li>Lead AI literacy initiatives: <strong>training, documentation, internal showcases</strong> — raise the floor across the whole organization</li><li>Give leadership <strong>clear visibility</strong> into what AI is delivering: adoption metrics, time saved, quality improvements, cost impact&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><u><strong>Why This Role</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>In the room from day one: </strong>direct C-Suite access, not working toward it</li><li><strong>Build from scratch: </strong>this function doesn't exist yet. Actual deployment, not research</li><li><strong>Daily hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented workflows</strong></li><li>Proven ability to translate AI into business outcomes across time, cost, quality, and speed</li><li>Strong project management skills. You drive workstreams to completion without being chased</li><li>Comfortable coaching executives and challenging traditional ways of working</li><li>Executive-level communication, written and verbal</li><li>Comfort working across US and Asia time zones</li></ul><p><em><strong>Supply chain or logistics background, consulting experience, or a degree in AI/CS/Data Science.
